Born and raised in Amesbury, MA, Mark began his legal career in Newburyport as an associate with the Law Office of Mark E. O’Brien. In 1983, he began a solo practice, familiarizing himself with virtually every aspect of the law including, divorce, bankruptcy and personal injury. His career path became focused in 1986 in the area of real estate: transactions, land use, planning and property disputes. He has been involved in hundreds of residential and commercial real estate and business transactions since then. He has a particular interest in probate of estates and counsels dozens of small and medium sized businesses on a regular basis.
